I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service. When I needed to contact you, I was a bit apprehensive, not having any previous experience with your company, but you completely took care of my situation in a cheerful, conscientious manner. Life can be very stressful when you have a loved one with a chronic condition that requires medical identification. It's so nice to know that there is a company out there that not only cares about making this fun and fashionable, but also durable. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

- Loves it Review by Nurseshay
My son has epilepsy and has been wearing an N-style ID bracelet for over three years...we replaced his last one to update information. He never takes his off. They have all been durable through showers, sports and scouting events. He even sleeps with it on. Gives us and him peace of mind. (Posted on 12/29/14)
- Son loves it and you can reduce the size Review by jonlmar
My son loves his bracelet (for his nut allergies). I get him a new one each school year. He is always excited to pick out a new style each year.
Durability - the bracelet lasts all year long with no problems. The writing begins to fade around a one year (some of the black writing begins to rub off but you can still see the writing if you tilt the bracelet in the light). My son never is allowed to take his bracelet off whether he is swimming, bathing, or just being a boy, so it takes a lot of abuse.
Sizing - You can make the bracelet permanently smaller by cutting it to the size you want and melting the frayed edge (not while your child is wearing it).
Love the bracelet!! (Posted on 8/5/13)
- Great product Review by Sara Lippold
We love the Tiger ID medical band - we bought it for my almost 6 year old son to wear for his food allergies. We love that it adjusts down to smaller size so easily and that the clasp is hard for him to remove so it stays on.
The only cons for us: the colors are more red and not orange as shown in the picture and the extra strap to adjust the sizing sticks up on top of the bracelet and cannot be fully tucked into anything. It would be great if the extra band was under the bracelet instead of flapping loose on top or could be tucked into the medic alert piece. (Posted on 4/25/13)
- Overall happy with the product Review by Erin Ferris
I've been happy with the product thus far. I would have liked the option of buying a smaller children's band (my son is almost six and the band is WAY too big for him) and to have had a few more design/color choices to choose from, but so far the band and the ID tag have held up well. - He keeps it on. Review by Lori Winters
My 10 year old son had a couple of bracelets. They were hard to take off with one hand, sinc It was also hard to adjust the size, as you had to remove links. He did not like feeling trapped.
This clasp is firm, but managable. It makes the choice his, so he leaves it on.

Bought this because it's my daughter's school colors. Very cute. I hope she wears it. (Posted on 12/25/11)
