I ordered just the tag so in plain silver so I could make my own bracelets and attach them. It was a good weight, feels substantial, but not heavy by any means. Elegant and looks just like a piece of jewelry rather than a medical ID -although larger than some of the other IDs does not appear awkward on a woman's wrist.
