I was worried that it would be too big, but it fit just right, and looks more like real jewelry than any of the others at such a reasonable price! I was so excited to get it! It is something I have to wear everyday because I have an indwelling portacath for my MS. I did not want it to stand out or look like a dog chain. This one definitely does not!
