Two-Tone Heart Medical Charms w/Lobster Clasp

I originally ordered this charm to wear on the chain of my (previously purchased) Golden Wheat Plated Gold Medical Bracelet, with Stainless Steel Contempo ID in gold Conptempo. I figured the Two-Tone Heart Medical Charm would look nice on the bracelet. I did not have all my medical info when I originally ordered the Golden Wheat Bracelet, so I was unsure what to have engraved. I liked the flexibilty to have it engraved at a local jeweler. Once I had all of my info, I knew it would not all fit on the contempo plate, so I ordered the two-tone heart charm with additional info engraved. The heart charm arrived in great shape with the correct engraved info. My only disappointment came when I realized the lobster claw clasp on the heart charm would not fit around the linkage of the braelet. I sent an e-mail to customer service. They did reply with the comment that the charm is not designed to be worn on a bracelet that already has an ID. Cheri Bissell said that the do have a slightly larger lobster clasp and that they could send it to me. Great customer service!
