I ordered two bracelets one for everyday wear and this one for when I am doing my outdoor activities. This one is way to big for my wrist even though it is adjustable, when it is small enough the plastic clip is on the side of my wrist. Also the ends that are rough rub on my arm which is uncomfortable. With that being said they do have quick service and I love my other bracelet.
