My husband really likes this--he isn't embarrassed to wear it because it is masculine and I like it that his medical condition isn't visible for just anyone to see. The medical condition is engraved on a surface BELOW the top visible surface so that emergency service personnel can see it when they need to but someone standing next to him in the checkout line, for instance, cannot see it--this was a feature I wasn't aware of. The flame design is cool too!
