I've worn some type of medical alert jewelry for over 30 years now. Recently I've become disabled, due to an ever-growing list of medical conditions. The Active Alert band provides me with the flexibility, no pun intended, to change my list of conditions as needed. Plus, despite the name, I chose this bracelet for both it's comfort and convenience. Great product!
