Ordered for my 11 year old daughter that has CAH. Very easy for her to put on and take off herself. It can also be worn in the sports she participates in because there is no metal in the band. I completed the slip of paper listing her condition and dosage and it stays in the small pocket perfect. I would definitely order it again.
