Another reviewer said that the id looked good with her yellow gold. This heart actual had some gold flecks on the medical alert part, so it looks wonderful with my yellow gold bracelet. I like it because I wear a white gold wedding and engagement band set - it is perfect. I like the size and the lobster clasp allows me to wear it with whatever jewelry I choose that day - a necklace or a bracelet. Love it!!
