My son is 12 and although we always knew he had allergies, he recently went into anaphylactic shock after an allergy shot. He now has to carry epipens. My 12 year old was very concerned about the impact this will have on his social life. The fire band is cool and comfortable enough for him to wear everywhere and I know emergency personnel will have the info they need in case of an emergency.
