Black Rubber Medical ID Bracelets

Just as previous poster, when I ordered the rubber medical bracelet, I too thought it would be a "jewelery standard solid extruded rubber piece bracelet" - instead it was a "shiny, tacky-looking light weight hollow rubber tube which was twisted and had permanent dent marks". N-Style however, immediately replaced the bracelet with exactly what I had expected, at no addtional cost to me and told me I could keep the first one too (no charge). I would DEFINITELY purchase from this company again!
