Triple Trend Medical Charm Bracelet

I like this bracelet. However, I expected the three chains to go all the way around my wrist. It was extended with a single chain. I do like the charm that I ordered with it. I was thinking of ordering a bead bracelet as well, but I am concerned that it will be too small for my wrist, considering how the silver bracelet was extended.
