Prior to placing my order, I called as I had a question about sizing. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had researched this product a few years back and was under the impression that once it was engraved; you were stuck with it - wrong size or not. The rep informed me that the band could be adjusted as needed. As it turned out, the size was perfect. Furthermore, the turnaround time was fantastic - can't wish for better service.
