Ended up to be an expensive item once it had arrived in the UK - I had to pay duty on top of shipping - but this was my choice as I liked the look of the band. The bracelet is nice but does nip my hairs sometimes - the tag is a little cheap looking and is scratched a little - I will be asking for a new tag soon in red probably - but these are cheap - so not that worried. This is the most attractive and functional Medical Alert bracelet I have seen. I wear it 24/7 and I LOVE it! It's comfortable, attractive, and I have gotten numerous compliments on it. People can't even guess it's a medical bracelet until I turn my wrist over. (FYI, always wear it on your left wrist. That's the first place EMTs go to check your pulse). the band itself is handsome. Based on a previous order of a leather and chain bracelet,I ordered one size smaller. I have a number of the Id tags, so didn't order a new one. the largest length of this bracelet barely fits around my wrist and I haven't found a tag that fits "snugly" as it gaps apart from the bracelet. This is my first medical alert bracelet. I am shocked at the awesome quality. It really can be dressed up or down (although I will be purchasing more bracelets).
