I received my son's ultralight ID bracelet a couple weeks ago. First I want to say, customer service was excellent. They had a question about my order and called me personally to clarify so that no mistakes were made. The bracelet is well made and was easy to shorten to his size. He has every skinny wrists, but the bracelet was easily adjustable. I was worried he might be able to get it undone, but the buckle is very secure. I was also a bit worried that the nylon webbing would irritate his skin, but it's been perfect. He loves to wear it!! The only thing I would prefer different is that I wish there was a option for just an Identity bracelet, not Medical. I needed the bracelet because he has special needs and is very limited verbally. He doesn't actually have any immediate medical conditions that first responders would have to treat but I didn't see an option of not putting the medical symbol on it. This was the second type of medical bracelet I tried for my 3yrs son. The first one I bought was very bulky and the velcro fasteners wore out within the first two months. I love this bracelet. It is very thin and lightweight, especially for a younger child with smaller wrists. I called the customer help line to learn how to cut the bracelet to fit and they were very helpful. You can't even tell that I cut and melted it. I planned on having my son wear this just when we left the house but he never asks for it to be removed and even sleeps with it on. My son loved the idea of the bright orange color for the band. We tried cutting it shorter to fit his small wrist but had difficulty melting the end to keep it from fraying. The only thing I would change would be the option of buying a shorter bracelet for a very small child. (Posted on 6/30/12)Rated: - Great product Review by Beth
