My son plays soccer and you are not allowed to wear anything on your wrist that dangles so this one work great. The paper insert should be upgraded - sweat may cause the ink to run. (Posted on 4/10/13)Rated: - Awesome Review by Kim

I love it...I wish I would have bought 2! (Posted on 1/30/13)Rated: - Perfect for my extremely athletic daughter! Review by Jessica

Although I would have liked to have had more color choices, the style is perfect for high school athletics where there is a "no-metal" rule. Thank you for providing so many other stylish options as well. That way my teenage daughter can feel fashionable yet still have the necessary medical ID information! I've worn some type of medical alert jewelry for over 30 years now. Recently I've become disabled, due to an ever-growing list of medical conditions. The Active Alert band provides me with the flexibility, no pun intended, to change my list of conditions as needed. Plus, despite the name, I chose this bracelet for both it's comfort and convenience. Great product! (Posted on 2/24/12)Rated: - Very happy with purchase Review by Jackie in Ohio

Ordered for my 11 year old daughter that has CAH. Very easy for her to put on and take off herself. It can also be worn in the sports she participates in because there is no metal in the band. I completed the slip of paper listing her condition and dosage and it stays in the small pocket perfect. I would definitely order it again. I swim laps and take dance with this bracelet on and it's been excellent. Looks good, even better it feels great. I also laminated my information and slid it inside. After miles of swimming you can still read everything perfectly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Posted on 11/12/11)Rated: - Excellent. Review by Harold

I love my bracelet. It is stylish and I like the crystals accents. It is so nice to find a company that makes a medic alert bracelet that I'm not embarassed to wear. Thought I'd be stuck with a big, clunky silver one. I also have the black fabric sports band and that works well with more casual outfits. Your company was recommended to me by a friend. Glad I made the purchases. (Posted on 10/6/11)Rated: - Piece of mind Review by Matt Carroll

The medical symbol was the reason I chose this brand.
Looks good and stands out.
I printed my emergency info on paper, then cut an old credit card to size. Taped the paper info to the card and then laminated it. Cut it to size to fit in velcro band, the medical info strip is now flexible, durable and waterproof. (Posted on 8/5/11) - I'd give it more than five stars if I could! Review by MELISSA

I couldn't be happier with the price and quality of this bracelet. I swim laps and it's been perfect for that. Made well and so much cheaper here than on other sites for the same bracelet. I purchased Scotch photo self-laminating sheets for $1.00, sealed the information sheet inside it and slid it into the bracelet. It worked great and now I feel good the information will last a long time inside too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Posted on 7/4/11)Rated: - It does what it is designed to do Review by JR

I think it is fine. The paper tags could be more sturdy and I have yet to get them wet with rain or perspiration, but the bracelet itself seems to be well made. (Posted on 6/16/11)Rated: - Excellent Review by Kristen
