The Red heart charm medical necklaces are a great alternative to a medical bracelet. The medical necklace may be tucked into your shirt or left exposed depending on the length of the chain. We offer two different chains. The ball chain is 30" and may be cut with a pair of scissors to your desired length while the box chain is a fixed 18" length. Additional medical charms are also available. N-Style ID does not recommend necklaces for children. Choose instead from our children's medical ID bracelets
