My twins are almost 3 and only one has a peanut allergy. They just started pre-school and we knew we had to get my one son to wear a med alert bracelet. I like this one because he CANNOT remove it. It is study and you can adjust it to fit his tiny wrist! He has tried to remove it- believe me.... but it is non-negotiable. After his second day of wearing it he calls it his "All-better" and he thinks it's pretty cool. The bracelet stands out enough that you would notice it and the medic alert symbol is large that it wouldn't be missed. My son 4yo son helped pick out the bracelet. Only complaint I have was it was a little difficult to adjust to the size of his small wrist. However it is new so that probably accounts for the stiffness. I used pen to loosen it up and there was no problem. When I originally purchased it was $7.50 plus engraving.
