I like the looks of the charm very much, however I had only been wearing the charm for a few days when I noticed that the charm was missing and only the lobster claw remained on my bracelet. It was replaced but I have already noticed that the jump ring on this one seems to be weak and I am going to replace it with a better quality one so I don't lose the pendant again. I only have to wear an id for 2 years while on a special medication therefore I wanted to be able to have something temporary. When I found the lobester claw black heart charm I was delighted. I couldn't use it on the bracelet that I intended to use because the clasp is too thick so have attached it to my watch which is ok, but would rather have used it the other way. Also, I guess I would have liked it to be a bit larger so I could have gotten both my dr.'s names on it. (Posted on 6/27/11)

Overall, I love this. After having worn it for a few months, I wish the heart charm was a little smaller. If it was about 75% of its size currently, it would be perfect. Right now, it's a little bulky and bangs around easily, which leads to knicks on it.
