Merchandise Warranty & Return Policy
N-Style ID will gladly issue an exchange, refund or credit for the value of the merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 30 days to process your request.
Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt to receive a replacement.
Engraved items may be returned only if an engraving error was made by N-Style ID. N-Style ID will send a replacement at no additional charge. Or you may return the ID for a credit. N-Style ID is not responsible for postage of returning the engraved ID. Shipping & Handling is not refundable.
Normal wear and tear, scratched, dented, tarnished, aggressive handling or loss of merchandise is not covered under our warranty policy.
N-Style ID will repair broken merchandise if returned within 4 months of purchase. A replacement will be offered if item was purchased within 30 days. Please return to the address below and include your contact information and your original order number if possible.
Beaded jewelry may be returned for re-stringing for a fee of $12 after 30 days of purchase. Missing beads will be an additional charge.
N-Style ID will gladly re-enamel ID’s within the first year of purchase. Please return to the address below and include your contact information and your original order number if possible.
Shipping & handling and engraving fees are not refundable.
Items ordered for children that are posted as not being recommended for children are not refundable.
If you find you need to return your merchandise, please follow instructions below. If returning AFTER 30 days of purchase, you must email us

Do not return an ID that has been engraved. N-Style ID will not refund engraved items unless there was an error made by N-Style ID.
Retain the ID plate if it can be removed from the bracelet.
Enclose your item in a padded envelope.
Include a copy of your receipt, contact phone number and a note explaining your reason for return.
If exchanging for a different size, please include a check, money order or credit card information for $5 to cover return shipping. If the exchange fee is not included with the return, $5.00 will be charged to the credit card used for the purchase. Please do not send cash.
