I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service. When I needed to contact you, I was a bit apprehensive, not having any previous experience with your company, but you completely took care of my situation in a cheerful, conscientious manner. Life can be very stressful when you have a loved one with a chronic condition that requires medical identification. It's so nice to know that there is a company out there that not only cares about making this fun and fashionable, but also durable. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

- heavy duty tag Review by Jan
All in all I like this tag but had to send my first one back. The engraving was so crooked I was surprised they actually sent it to me that way. They did agree to fix it and sent it to me priority as I originally paid for and the new engraving was much improved. The tag is heavy and very visible. I am content with the necklace. - Lp-sided printing Review by Dino
The printing is lop sided. Doesn't matter that much however for the money it should be straight. (Posted on 1/21/14)
- Un très bel objet, qui trouve sa place dans le matériel de prévention pour toutes les activités outdoor. Review by Rodolphe
Un très bel objet, qui trouve sa place dans le matériel de prévention pour toutes les activités outdoor. Pour les activités de plein air, disposer de ce médaillon, permet d'aider en cas de besoin. Une très belle finition, et une très belle esthétique. (Posted on 12/30/13)

- great tag great quality great price Review by fairlymellow
This substantial, brightly imprinted tag cannot be missed as being a medical alert tag. The clear, well-defined engraving on the back is easy to read as well. This great tag is a great value. (Posted on 9/23/13)
- Great quality for a great price Review by Mary
I purchased this medical tag for my 69 year old mother who has had previous heart surgeries and has COPD. The tag had plenty of room for medical history and more. Thank you for a great product! (Posted on 8/26/13)

- Veteran Approved Review by CAC
My 89 year old Dad likes this tag. He said it's like his WWII dog tags and doesn't mind wearing it. The engraving is clear and dark. We did however change the chain as the one supplied was rather flimsy for the heavy tag. (Posted on 7/22/13)
- Great Tag Review by Jan Knapp
Ok, I didn't really want to buy or wear a tag, but I realized I needed one. I shopped around the web and other sites were much more expensive and the tags were not as nice! The inner edge of the outside is sharp feeling, but I've not been hurt by it. I am considering buying a bangle from this site as well.
Oh, and this was my first purchase of an alert id - think I chose well... (Posted on 2/14/13)

- Sharp Edges Review by Eric Finkelstein
Hi, I'd like to say how nice my new R.S.S.Medical Dog Tag looks. I also think it is very solid construction. I will however mention that raised border on the side with the symbol of medicine( The Staff of Asclepius) is SHARP. This would seem to be the last thing someone as myself who takes a blood thinner needs around their neck.Thank you for inquiring as to my opinion on my ID tag. Hope this review serves to improve or change what I think might be an oversight in the manufacturing/machining process of this ID tag in particular.

- Plenty of room Review by Heather M
I have a blood condition with a very long name, but still very important for medical personnel to know about. All the other tags I compared on other websites would have made me split the name into two lines, which may have been confusing to someone reading it. With this tag, I was able to not only get it all on a single line, but then had plenty of other room for my other conditions (which I would have needed to leave off on smaller tags).
My only frown on this product is there was a tiny knick on the edge (rear side, so you can't see it when I'm wearing it) and it scratches/scuffs a bit easily (but I am a bit hard on it). Other than that, perfectly happy with it! (Posted on 9/6/12)
- The tag is fine. Review by William
The tag is fine. This is my second one. The red on my first tag peeled off. I like the red contrast. (Posted on 7/12/12)

- Very Good Review by Bonnie W.
Tag was larger than needed for only the one word I wanted but very satisfied. (Posted on 4/17/12)
- Chain was too short. Review by William Glazebrook
The tag itself was excellant. Clear inscription compared to the one I had before. Using the chain from my "old" tag as the new one was a little short and I didn't care for the clasp. Other than that, everything is fine. (Posted on 5/23/11)
