If your jewelry has any defect other than normal wear and tear, please return it within 30 days and N-Style ID will repair, replace, credit, or refund 100% of your purchase. If a defect is reported after 6 months and up to a year, we will offer a discount towards another purchase.
Personalized engraved ID tags are not returnable unless N-Style ID has made a mistake in the engraving. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the credit of a returned personalized ID tag. Items with scratches, tears, dents, or tarnish are not refundable.
Re-enameling for free! If you’d like us to re-enamel your jewelry, please send it back to us within 1 year of purchase and we will re-enamel it for free.
Re-beading for $12 – if you’d like your jewelry re-strung, just send it back within a year and we will re-string it for $12. If you need new beads, we can replace those for a small replacement cost.
Incorrect items received or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you qualify for a 100% refund (if your item has proven to be defective), we will refund the total cost of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item proves to be defective. If your item proves to be defective, your return shipping cost will be refunded at the USPS First Class rate.
Size Exchanges: We want you to have the correct size and will happily provide you with a different size. Please mail back the item within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of your receipt and indicate the size you would like to exchange it for. Please check the item on the website to see if it is available in the size you would like.

- Do not return engraved items unless they are defective.
- Do not return items purchased later than 30 days ago.
- Do not return ID plates if it can be removed from the item.
