I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service. When I needed to contact you, I was a bit apprehensive, not having any previous experience with your company, but you completely took care of my situation in a cheerful, conscientious manner. Life can be very stressful when you have a loved one with a chronic condition that requires medical identification. It's so nice to know that there is a company out there that not only cares about making this fun and fashionable, but also durable. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

- Absolutely Perfect Review by LilSis
Had surgery, and medical id was not up to date, my bad. The purple heart attached to my current chain that I wear all the time now. Fast service, and affordable. Thanks. (Posted on 2/7/14)

This is an added bonus in addition to a medical id bracelet. We put this one on the zipper tag of my mom's purse (which she takes everywhere). Will be buying additional ones for her favorite jacket and for her keys. Perfect! (Posted on 1/17/14)

- like it alot Review by C Knight
I like it alot, it would be a little better if the heart & clasp were a little smaller, a little large and in the way with the current size (Posted on 4/9/13)
- Good sturdy charm Review by Patti Bergman
I am giving it a 4 only because when I was wiping it with a plain cleaning cloth, no chemicals, the color was coming off a bit. Other than that it is wonderfully sturdy and good quality. (Posted on 3/18/13)

- very nice Review by cheri kavanaugh
the id is perfect but a bit heavy.. I have several issues that need to be noted and so I made a charm bracelet out of them.. problem is with 4 charms its very heavy... if I could have the same charms but a bit lighter I would love it (Posted on 2/24/13)
- Very Nice Review by Catherine
It's great because you can place it on other bracelets easily. It's a shame you can't put more information on it. (Posted on 2/20/13)

- Perfect! Review by Sheila
This item was exactly what we needed. My daughter is very fashionable and likes to change her jewelry often. This way she can clip this to any piece of jewelry she is wearing and still be protected. Thank you! (Posted on 11/26/12)

I Love My charm an I can hook it on My other Medical bracelets or around My neck on a necklace. IKve been thinking of doing My 2 Bracelets like this as well that way I have back-ups if I need them. I RATED THIS PURPLE HEART A 5 but I RATE IT HIGHER.

- The charms are beautiful and the customer service is great Review by Denise
Love the purple, red and black id charms, they look stylish and with the lobster hasp it is easy to add to charm bracelet or other bracelets.
The first bracelet I ordereed was neat but due to ar eaction with the stainless steel I had return it. I now replaed it with the leather woven & black rubber bracelets to go with my id tag and charms. The customer service was a great help in resolving the issue. (Posted on 7/26/12)
