I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service. When I needed to contact you, I was a bit apprehensive, not having any previous experience with your company, but you completely took care of my situation in a cheerful, conscientious manner. Life can be very stressful when you have a loved one with a chronic condition that requires medical identification. It's so nice to know that there is a company out there that not only cares about making this fun and fashionable, but also durable. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

- From last week's 22$ to this week's 39$ not real leather, no thanks Review by Disappointed
For that kind of money it should be real leather.
The 22$ asking amount last week is more like faux leather
Thanks but no thanks (Posted on 3/6/17)
- cute but inconvenient Review by llr
It's nice to have this cute, informal option, and I may buy it in other colors too, if I can get used to it. It's hard to get it on and off with one hand, and hard to get the hang of how to wrap it so it doesn't look like a disaster--at least for me. Also, the tag isn't really made for this, so once you weave the leather in and out of the ends, the tag sits up and away from your arm, at a funny angle, which you can't really tell from the picture. - great for people with allergies to metal Review by Monika
It was nice to have an option from metals. I bought one for myself and one for my sister (who is allergic to metals). (Posted on 8/12/13)
- Perfect for metal allergy Review by Gecko7
My daughter is allergic to all metals except sterling silver. The way the leather wraps, her skin is protected from the ID tag. Works great and looks good. (Posted on 7/29/13)
- Love it, but could use some improvements Review by Alyssa
I love the look of this bracelet so much! I love the casual leather and I really like the messy look because it makes it hardly look like a medic ID. I received many compliments from friends who just liked my bracelet before I ever told them it was a medic ID. There are a couple things though that could be improved. First, the leather is a little tough and it takes a while to break it in. I spent over an hour bending it and rubbing it down so that it wasn't so abrasive to my skin. I imagined it would be softer and more flexible. Second, I wish that instead of a wrap bracelet, it was a pre-braided/messily-wrapped leather bracelet that could be hooked and unhooked from the ID easily. I have looked everywhere for a bracelet that looks like this one but had to sacrifice the convenience of slipping it on and off. It is hard to take off since you can only use one hand and it is hard to put on and re-wrap since you can only use one hand and doing this repeatedly to avoid water exposure can become a pain. I take mine off 5-7 times a week and it can get burdensome. (Posted on 11/26/12)
