Active Alert Bands

The nylon Velcro Active Alert medical ID bands can provide important medical information and contact information about you or your child. Simply fill out the 2 3/4" by 1/2" medical card that slips into a pouch. Special needs such as diabetes, peanut allergy, autism or epilepsy as well as personal information may be written on the provided medical cards that can help keep you or your child safe.

The Active Alert medical ID bands adjustability allows for a precise fit. We recommend a medical symbol on all ID bracelets even if you or your child does not have medical issues. The medical symbol on the bracelet will draw attention in a medical emergency. Active Alert Bands are 1" wide and are available in two sizes (Medium/Small Fits 5 1/2" to 7" and Large fits up to 8").
